VARIETALS​​​ : RED

Grenache from 90 to 100% depending on the vintage. The rest of the blend can be made of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Vines of 60 years old, clay-limestone soils.

WINEMAKING

The average yield is 30hl/ha. Depending on the vintage, part of the harvest is not destemmed. The juices are vinified using   natural yeasts for 4 to 5 weeks in cement tanks. The ageing is carried out in old French oak demi-muids during 12 months.

STYLE
The balance of the wine is characterized by a great freshness and a nice minerality on the palate. It shows vibrant raspberry and cherry fruit on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, it’s ripe and silky in feel but not overly rich or round.
Serving temperature: 15 -17°C

VARIETALS​​​: WHITE

100% Clairette

WINEMAKING

The average yield is 30hl/ha.
After pressing, the juices are settled. 60% of the wine is vinified using natural yeasts in new French oak demi-muids, the other part in cement vats. Batonnage on fine lees is done during  8 to 9 months.

STYLE
This  wine is a beautifully balanced white. High minerality, freshness  and elegance, with notes of citrus and spice.
Serving temperature: 11-13°C
