VARIETALS​​​
60% grenache, 40% mourvèdre. Vines of 50 years old, clay-limestone soils.

WINEMAKING
Average yield around 35hl/ha. The harvest is fully destemmed. Each variety is vinified separately using natural yeasts. The Grenache is aged in cement vats, the Mourvèdre in od French oak demi-muids for 12 months.

STYLE
A beautifully balanced wine, with silky tannins and notes of strawberry, black raspberries, pine and a hint of white pepper.
Serving temperature: 15 -17°C
