VARIETALS​​​

Grenache 60 to 80% depending on the vintage. Syrah 40 to 20%. The vines are 30 years old.

WINEMAKING

Yields are around 30hl/ha. The harvest is partially destemmed and each grape variety is vinified separately in cement vats using natural yeasts. No oak ageing.
 

STYLE
Elegant, medium bodied, with beautiful notes of  of black raspberries, spring flowers, pepper and spice. 
Serving temperature: 13 -15°C
